What are you frustrated about?

Frustrated with the long delay to get an MRI and biopsies which are prolonging surgery. My anxiety levels are getting worse lately. All I can do is pray and hope that all will be ok....
Yes, all the caronavirus hospitalizations and patients are making it a long wait for other types of illness to get taken care of. These are the people suffering that the non compliant people don't think about. My heart goes out to you.

Thanks @peppermint I definitely will check out the states when the time comes. I hope you will get where you want to go also. I guess if we can't go I'll have to focus on the holidays. I suppose I'll have to do my Christmas shopping online this year, usually by this time I have several items put away. I probably will do it early,I'm sure many people who shop in stores will be doing the same thing I'm going to do. I think the wait time for packages to arrive will be a long one.

I haven't had any face to face contact with my only daughter since June 2019 , 14 months just as she was due to fly here to the UK in March, we went into lockdown.
These are the things that people don't look at.....when they don't wear masks and social distance.

My own personal view and experience is: the vocal minorities on both left and right sides of the spectrum command the most attention in news media and on social media. But they don't represent the everyday majority who are quietly working to make their lives and communities better, or even just trying to get by. I think social media including political forums have really fueled the flames though, since people tend to be super brave when hiding behind a keyboard. And I won't disagree that the past 5-6 years have seen a polarization... or at least certain elements now feel free to be more vocal.

But when forming your views of Americans in total through the lens of news media and social media, consider how Canadian issues get skewed to outsiders. Would you want the entire Canadian experience to be judged based on the news stories we see about Quebecois and Alberta separatists, and the white supremacist crap that filled forums such as r/canada ? Probably not.
It hasn't been 5 or 6 years, it has been about 3 and a half years.

Yes, she is. She's handling it differently, but Yes, she is.
We are handling....My son wants to take us by car...I'm the one who doesn't want to get on a plane, it's my husband …..
Our grandson just came home on the plane....He said everything was great....Just had to wear his mask....But he said the plane was almost
empty....It's only an hour ride to So. Carolina....
You can live in a bubble....We are in the house in our backyard....Going to the supermarket with masks...My daughter was over only once
She lives an hour away....My son lives 2 blocks from me....We don't hug....we have a big home to sit with our son and daughter in law
and have a conversation....Not every day....They have move to do then us....
So Mind your own business....You don't even know us.....

I'm extremely frustrated about my lower back pain which is preventing me from getting on with everything I would usually be doing, not to mention that the pain is just breathtaking at times..
I'm with you....but I am probably older then you....I'm thinking of going to the Chiropractor...My husband has been going and getting good
results....They only take one person at a time...People wait in their car until they are phoned....
My husband was walking hunched over until he got the Chiropractor....He might still have to have surgery....It's the back bone....
Be well and take care....I'm sorry for your pain....

I take it back. The whole world is cranky except that Canadians always say they are sorry. (n)

The mail. I'm not getting mail normally and need my mail in ballot to vote. This is super worrisome for me.

What are you frustrated about?

My big toe

.....actually, the nail

I've smashed it many times since way back

First I recall is having it under a huge pipe when it was time for all of us to let go
Didn't hear the three in the count of three

The sucker was ingrown at the time, and pulsing fluid
Heh, popped like a ripe melon

Blood everywhere, thru my shoes

After that, the nail grew funny
At about a 45° angle
...and thick

Needed horse shoeing tools to clip it

Riiiiiight 'til a few months ago

The thing started sorta hanging to a few threads of skin

So
I took a pliers and yanked it off

Didn't really bleed like I thought it would

I was soooooooo happy
No goofy nail
Just weird looking skin where it once was

Then
It started growing back
Thicker'n ever

I may have to blow the whole toe off

Thanks Peppermint, very kind of you... I'm 65 but I've suffered from the pain from herniated discs since I was in my 50's. Have had no end of chiropractic manipulation, and several cortisone injections over the years. It keeps it at bay for a year or 2.. but then like now it comes back with a vengeance for no apparent reason . Difficult to get to see a chiropractor at the moment, so I've just got to try and carry out the exercises that I know help a little bit. This morning was very bad, I cried trying to get out of bed!!.....sorry your husband is going through the same

I stubbed my big toe 5 years ago. First the nail became black, then it started coming off. The new nail grew in sorta wrinkled & pinkish, then tan. It will never look like the original one, but I don't care. I keep it trimmed short so it doesn't get fungusy.
Your big toe nail doesn't look bad but I'd trim the other 4. At that length, there's the risk of catching it on something or getting it caught when putting on socks or shoes & tearing it off.

I'm a super liberal. ( Now, before some get upset about the no politics thing. This works for conservatives, too.) What frustrates me is that the other side tends to see me as some sort of person, who wants to tear down the nation, and have some kind of hidden evil agenda. I kind of think the same about the other side. Yeah, there are some, who do get carried away with the partisan thing, but I think most people are live and let live types. What frustrates me is the super partisanship that stands in the way of solving problems.
The trouble with most liberals (and don't take this personally) is that they seem to be intolerant of others views. They see themselves are paragons of virtue and the rest of us are narrow-minded bigots.
