I live in a HOA little gated community and what a mistake , ALL my neighbors are lovely people and the entire area is a quite ghost town 24/7 which is ideal BUT the HOA board corruption was through the roof add the useless management company run by board Presidents son .

This went on for years .

Everyone was unhappy and it was like pulling teeth to get people to join in, to get involved remove them . We were being '' legally '' robbed .

I could go on all day but finally after few years we got enough residents but the apathy ESPECIALLY from those under 50 was unreal it took me back as never experienced such apathy yet you do a free comedy act insult a few groups and residents unite to kill you but steal from them and they become timid refuse to get involved .
