A handful come to mind. I have these two on magnets on my refrigerator:

Pray hardest when it's hardest to pray.

In a world where you can be anything, be kind.

And this classic Lao Tzu quote hangs on my kitchen wall:

The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
