Hmmm... I've gotta try that, maybe with a side of whole grain toast. Sounds yummy and healthy.Cream of Buckwheat hot cereal with fresh blueberries, banana, roasted pecans, a little maple syrup, milk and coffee.
Yum!!1/2 a bowl of left over chili, so I warmed it up and topped it off with some extra onion and corn chex cereal.

Yes, SS, I have an ongoing battle with using different sweeteners, I try to keep it to a minimum..I have not tried the applesauce, but will.I often have something quite like that for a snack or dinner, but use unsweetened applesauce and/or defrosted berries to sweeten.
