My normal breakfast is 1 piece of whole wheat toast with peanut butter and a half-cup of blueberries or blackberries.
Atkins bars are considered an ultra–high-processed food, so I try to avoid them. But I keep them on hand for times when I'm in a rush, which fortunately isn't often.
I was going to have penut butter avocado toasts, but I forgot to put avocado, so I just ate peanut butter toast. Then I realized the toast was missing advocado. So I ate advocado separately after i finished my peanut butter toast.
So far, orange juice. I woke up super early, so, waiting to eat breakfast. Today, I will have 2 eggs, probably made into egg salad, open-face sandwiches.
