What Do You Eat for Breakfast?

I'd like to hear what others eat for breakfast, since I'm sick of my current meal which I've been eating for a decade: yogurt thinned with almond milk with berries and a spoonful of Cheerios. I typically change my breakfast every few years, and I'm overdue.

Typically a grain product (hot or cold cereal, toast, etc.), some kind of fresh fruit (I usually keep grapes, apples and bananas on hand and supplement that with whatever I can scrounge at the local food banks), and tea. Every few days I also treat myself to 8 oz of fat free vanilla yogurt.

I've settled into a routine over the past few years. One morning I eat 2 eggs and a strip of turkey bacon., The next day its a waffle or 2 pancakes, and a strip of turkey bacon. On the 3rd day, its a bowl of raisin bran and a strip of turkey bacon. My wife usually gets up a 1/2 hour before me, so I do my own breakfast...keeps me familiar with the kitchen in case she gets ill.

I have to be low acid and low carb. I typically have a chicken maple sausage and a scrambled egg or steel cut oats with almond milk. I know oats aren’t low carb but steel cut is better. I also make my own almond bread and I might have a small piece of almond bread toast with turkey bacon.

Don't do breakfast. First meal, and usually only meal of the day about 1:30pm:
Day A) Large salad with greens, spinach, nuts, goat cheese, strawberries, cut up tart apple, celery, misc fresh veggies. 2 biscuits with butter, broiled open face til golden
Day B) Apple with 6 nut butter. One homemake biscuits with butter on top broiled open face til golden
Day C) Cheerios and milk with sugar and two hrs later, 21 grain bread toasted, then "buttered" with 1/2 avocado smashed on top with 1-2 fried eggs over easy; sometimes also buttered with soft goat cheese under the avacado (adds some tanginess).
Day D) Two green chili and corn tamales and lettuce and tomato on the side. A large salad as in A.

Coffee 3x a day; hot chocolate once or twice a week. I don't really do breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just eat when I feel like it.

Usually yoghurt but this morning I had a small bowl of protein cereal cause my previous meal was 3 pm yesterday
We only eat 2 meals a day , so our evening meals are between 4-5 pm and That's it ~ no snacking …it keeps my weight where I want to be between 72~ 73 kg I’m comfortable at that weight

I have a rotation. Yogurt and fruit or a smoothie, eggs different ways, oatmeal with dates and walnut, or avocado toast.
On special days it may be pancakes or French toast, or a breakfast burrito.
On busy days, cold cereal.

I don't have breakfast. Usually I have something around 11:00 am and then it's two eggs and two slices of 45 cal/slice whole wheat toast with a tiny smear of butter on one slice, a tiny smear of jam on the other (about 1/2 tsp of each). I'm sorry it isn't more creative.

Oatmeal cooked with dried cranberries or blueberries, then I add a small cup (maybe 6 ounces) of unsweetened applesauce and stir that in. No milk, no sugar. Usually about a tablespoon of ground flaxseed added before cooking.

Eggs, either poached, scrambled, fried sometimes soft boiled with toast or
Cream of Wheat with milk, raisins and brown sugar or
Strawberry mini-wheats cereal with milk or
Waffles, bacon and maple syrup or
Rolled oats (cooked) with raisins, brown sugar and milk
