This is really silly, but at Christmastime I hate the song, These are a few of my favorite things. Every time I hear it I think, I really don't care what your favorite things are, I have my favorites and I don't want to listen to a song about your favorite things. I'm probably more upset because who ever wrote it is making a fortune off of his favorite things and why didn't I think of that. If the song comes on I do turn it off if possible and fume. So silly.
STUPID commercials on TV. The ones that insult your intelligence.
Garlic
More of a dislike than hatred....okra.

The song made sense in its original setting...from the Sound of Music when Maria sang it to the children when they were frightened of a thunderstorm. Never did understand what makes it a Christmas song, though. So, I get your point.
Blueberries, the smell of tar and stepping on a crack.
The few things the I hate have very good and logical basis.
The Electoral voting system. But that isn't an illogical hatred.
Certain words and phrases :
Thingy
Irregardless (no such word)
Saying "go ahead" before describing anything that's to be done, as in- "go ahead and mix the batter."
Saying "take" before doing anything with an item, as in- "first, take the sugar and add it to the batter."
Maybe these are better described as illogical annoyances rather than hatred. So now, I'll go ahead and take my mouse and click on the Enter button.
Parsnips, perky people.
Waiting for extra long red lights.
Don't know if it is illogical but I absolutely cannot stand reheated food .
Can't think of a thing.
Thanks for the many and varied answers so far. Love themShalimar, parsnips were one of the three veggies from my childhood that I hated, then I went through this "we must not waste thing" and I made myself eat them, it was hard but I persevered now one of my favourite things is parsnips roasted round say a piece of beef, oh and they make a fabulous sweet cheesecake.
Parsnip and ginger soup is divine!
