What do you wear in winter to keep warm around the house?

Do they come in sizes. I would like to,get one for a relative and she is only 5 feet tall. I am afraid it will drag the floor And maybe trip her.
No sizes, but they're all 6XL. I'm 5'1 and it comes a little below the knee. She should be ok.

Mine came today; it was held up for some reason. I just love it!!!! so warm and soft.
Underneath, I put on an all-cotton t-shirt and am still wearing my sweat pants.

It got cold today!

Many are ne size...which is great if someone is on th larger side but perhaps not fab if someone is only a size 6...

Mine isn't a free size, the one I bought from the store comes in XS /S. M - L and XL...I got the medium.. because it was plenty big enough and I'm no size 6 by a ling stretch of the imaginations, but the medium is big eough to go over my jeans and jumper as well..

6XL? That's one big, honking mama of a garment. I know because we've had a 6XL shirt hanging up in our garage for at least 25 years. A manufacturer sent it along with the necessary oversize hanger - to promote their large size shirts.

After seeing the picture of your blanket warmer, @hollydolly , I decided that it would be worth trying; so I ordered one and should be trying it out in the next few days. I worried about the long sleeves when doing something in the kitchen, but it looks like with the elastic, they would slide up to around my elbows maybe.

Absolutely Yvonne... I have the one which has the elastic cuffs as you would have in a cardigan , and altho' I've never pushed the sleeves up..I would imagine it would be fine. I'll try it later tonight when I have it on...I'm sure you'll find it really warm and comfy :D ...

Nevermind HFL, with this on, you won't want to leave the couch!

Our electricity and gas have risen by over 150 % in the last 2 years ...my house has gas central heating..
That's an outrage and way worse than ours here in California with evil Pacific Gas and Electric who start fires and kill people. And pets, wildlife and property. They say ours has about doubled in 10 years.

Who is your supplier? Are they private like the above evil corporation.

I wear sweat clothes around the house. Usually with an extra tank top or even short sleeve shirt. Plus slipper socks. I have seen those coverups sold on QVC, shopping channel here.

we have many suppliers each almost as bad as the others..british Gas being the most well known.. but the problem is we are an Island so we have to import our energy

Layered with long sleeved T-shirt under and light weight long sleeve shirt over. Both cotton. Wool socks. Generally an unvented cap and a pair of gloves tucked into the side pockets of a medium weight wind-breaker when taking the dog out.

Oftentimes in Houston, the afternoons warm up enough to shed the outer shirt and stick with the long-sleeved T. Wools socks are good for wicking out any perspiration once the afternoon warm-up occurs and still provide warmth in the evening cool-down.

It's got to be really cold for me to even notice. I haven't had the heating on this year, and I spend most of the day with the windows open. I'm more a guy who overheats. I walk the dog when it's snowing in shorts and T-Shirt. It's got to be icey in my living room before I notice. :D

I think I'll have to find a really warm blooded lady to snuggle up to, just to stay warm mind you. 😊

Oh, boy. I wear thermal underwear, sweat pants, another thermal shirt on top of my thermal shirt, a hoodie, two pairs of socks, and my furry slippers. Yeah, I'm a sight alright and look like I weigh 20 lbs more than I do! So be it. A girl has gotta do what a girl's gotta do. I keep my heat set at 55°, so it's cold in here! 🥶
