What exercise have you done today?

Did a batch of walking again, Best I am able to do with the walker. But I try to go for distance, and some speed..without overdoing.
I like at Christmas time, when weather outside may not be good..I hit each of the 6 floor of my building and see how everyone has decorated their apartment doors
 

I just got back from a four mile walk with the dog. Our weather today on Cape Cod is just stunning- warm and crystal clear with astounding blue skies. The leaves are about a week from peak fall color. I'm astounded at how lucky I am to live here (we moved here a year ago). Now I'm sitting on a massage chair and after that walk I'm extremely grateful for this ugly chair! The dog is passed out on the floor wondering why I make him do this most days.
 
Chest, shoulder, abs and back machines followed by 20 minutes on the elliptical.

I made a "friend" at they gym a couple of years ago. He is a short little Hispanic man who wears sunglasses at the gym and speaks broken English. He always gives me a fist bump and a thumbs up. Today he was lifting weights. I told him he looked great and he hit his stomach and told me he just turned 70. It made my day!
 
Regular workout today.

Focus on balance, core, and stability, with a cardio kicker at the end.

Funnest exercise today was standing on a inverted bosu w one leg playing catch with a 4lb medicine ball. My trainer lets me work a bit and then she tries to make it impossible for me to catch the ball until I finally fall off.

Friend of mine is 73 and just dead lifted 435 lbs. You got to respect tough seniors!
 
Heard..study recommends 150 minutes a week..
Which is 21.4 minutes(22.minutes) a day
That can be brokendown to 2- 10.minutes.

I did1/7 today..
Walked to community mail box
Mailed a Holloween card to a friend with'trick or treat'
as she's had a time of it lately.
 
We have Bone Builder Clubs in my area and I attended for two years but had a conflicting other group meeting so I stopped going but wrote down the exercises we did. I do them probably just 3 times a week and enjoy them because I feel they are very beneficial.
 
60+ on the elliptical. (5)x 5 min intervals followed by 1 min high intensity- zone 4. I'm a little behind aerobically this fall so I got to zone 5, when the intention was steady state at zones 2 and 3 and then 1 min at zone 4.
