What exercise have you done today?

I'm surprised you got sore from that, so you've got me thinking of getting one. Where did you get sore exactly?
At 15" it doesn't look wide enough to do squats
John my glutes were a bit sore but my groin muscles were very sore and stiff. I did squates and deadlifts the same day but I do those exercises often and don't get sore, but maybe tossing in the wobble ball on tired muscles aggrevated things.

I've been doing it nearly every day and the soreness is gone, also my balance is much improved. The one I have been using at the gym is bigger than 15", the platform is probably close to 20" across, though the ball part of it underneth is smaller, that could be 15".

Well I raised a sweat at work today, for the first time ever.
I'm a casual recovery support worker at a mental health recovery village. Today we had to throw some stuff in a skip bin, no big deal but a rare event. Later we had to do some cleaning in a vacant unit which is about to be reoccupied, again it's not a big deal but still a rare event. So yes it's an early night for me tonight...

There is a hill on one side of my park/playground. When I was a kid we called it 'suicide hill' because we would sled down real fast on winter snow & it is right near street. Anyway, I noticed when I walk up this hill my right calf hurts, SO........I walked up & down it six times in a row and will increase doing this. Pepper's Great Adventure :geek:

Back to 7AM Vinyasa Yoga(60 minutes) at the gym. I am so sore, the Yoga teacher wasn't there last Tuesday or Thursday, he had some training to do with his other side job of being a zipline guide. Plus, the Yoga Shala has been closed for 2 weeks because the property owner is having the upper deck replaced.

I'll probably do an hour on my treadmill at home, that is- if I get my butt up and away from the computer.

Careful, Pepper, there is a reason your right calf is sore.

Started out day with a morning stretch via PBS. Switched from watching news for this, and now that I found it will do so every day. Was too tired to get off my comfortable chair so I stretched in the chair and still received a lot of benefits.

Love PBS for so many reasons.

I aimed for 10 min on my spin bike and managed 8 min of torture. My legs feel like jelly. I think I should just do 5 min each day, to ease into it. ;):ROFLMAO:

I'm glad you said that. I've been feeling like a wimp for only doing 20 minutes. It is torture to me too. And when I first get off the bike my legs are so rubbery I stumble like a drunk.

Well, so far today I mowed my yard at the break of dawn, before too much heat set in.....going to do some pilates type stuff and med ball...20 minute routine

I only walked 25 minutes today. A bit stressed. Did see these angels though. They were walking from one of the little fake lakes over to the next.

And does anyone recognize this shrub/bush? It had bees on it, so I took a picture. Indian Hawthorn perhaps per Google?

@Remy I believe you are right, it looks like Indian Hawthorne. I have some in my garden. I like your pictures! Thank you for sharing.

I keep on doing my same exercises. Some weight exercises to keep my back strong and I follow Youtube for senior exercises. I usually exercise a total of two hours in the early morning. It keeps me moving and prevents me from getting aches and pain.

Weighed in at 198 this morning. First time in a while that I have been under 200. :)

Hope I can stay there.

Bench presses at 3 minute intervals.

20 KG X 8
35 KG X 6
50 KG X 4
65 KG X 2

Then 10 single reps with 72.5 KG.

I had cut the interval from 4 minutes to 3 but I just barely made #10. So I'll go back to 4 minutes next time.

I looked back through my records and in August of 2019 I was doing 8 sets of 3 with this weight. :(

Getting old sucks. :(
