What exercise have you done today?

No..I've had PF, OMG that was pretty horrendous... I know what that feels like, I literally could not stand when I had that. I got it after spending 10 hour a day on Studio concrete floors, for years .. no this is different.. this is my heels only.. and ..only after I've been walking, and sat down for a while, and when I go to stand up again, it's reallly... painful .. but literally only in my heels..
Yes, she's pretty much housebound at the minute because it is so painful. Apparently, it will get better but, in the meantime, she is in a lot of discomfort.

Hopefully whatever it is you have, it will get better soon. I wonder if stress could possibly cause the pain?

Bone spurs? Maybe worth getting an x-ray.

Upper body (chest, back, shoulders) on weight machines and a mile on the treadmill.

I also do the Isometric exercises prescribed by my physical therapist every day. I started with pain in my hips after sitting last November, which eventually became chronic neck/shoulder pain, and it is now completely gone.

Today we walked 3 miles with the dogs.
We rarely, if ever, see anyone on these forest roads. It’s so quiet. All we hear are birds singing and all we see are trees and wild flowers. IMG_4476.jpeg

Wild flowers and wild berries.
Here are big patches of wild strawberries. In a couple of months we will be up here picking them. We have loads of them on our property too.

It’s a beautiful day and was a wonderful walk.
Today I started taking turmeric for my blood vessels and bone support. It really works. My husband pulled a ligament and it wasn’t healing so he started taking turmeric and his injury is healing up quickly.

Here is a picture of the logging roads.
Pure blissfulness.

I did a balance exercise where I walk for 5 minutes moving my head up and down, then right and left. I vary that every 30 seconds or so. It made me dizzy when I started doing that months ago. Now I can do it fairly well and still walk a straight line.

Thank you for the information, PeppermintPatty! I'll have to give the turmeric a try, because as much as I love my treadmill, it does, for some unknown reason, cause the inflammation around my knees to flare up somewhat.

3 miles walking by the field again.

A pickup truck kept driving slowly back and forth on the dirt road between the sidewalk and big ditch on one side,
and the field on the other. The truck was there yesterday too, along with field workers but there were no workers today.

I kept wondering if it was there to spray something but didn't notice until I was almost done that the dirt roads were all wet.
Thus he had been spraying pesticides on them the whole time. Plus there are tall weeds full of pollen on both sides of the sidewalk,
so I'm not going to walk by there anymore. That's okay though. I will continue doing most of my walking through the neighborhoods.

Oh John, how unfortunate. Best to avoid that area like you say. My neighbor sprays his lawn and I sprint through the house trying to close the windows when I see the landscaper doing that.
