Cooking....believe me, it was a work out. :)
I believe you. My mom used to make me help with her canned applesauce operation. It was like a hot sweaty marathon. The picking, washing, peeling, coring, cooking, squeezing though the colander with mallet, canning, and using that terrifying pressure cooker.

I was making pickled vegetables after I'd made 3 roll up sandwiches for the girls coming over.
So, yeah, I feel ya. lol
 
Walked about a mile, maybe a bit less, with my dog. Got home and got out my hedge trimmer and hacked away at a hedge planted on my neighbor's property, but had encroached on my property through the fence to the point where I couldn't get the mower back there. Been meaning to do that for 2-3 years now.

Now all I have to do is bag up the result and that's gonna be a big job. My back is already complaining.

Cycled into town (about 20 minutes) and then back. This afternoon, did floor / weights exercises. Yesterday I managed to walk 4.8km without really trying; tomorrow may be similar. Sunday morning will be the regular morning walk which I lead locally.
What time in the morning do you start your walking?
