About to get off here for a bit and do my head bends for this Vertigo, then let this medication
lull me into the nap I feel coming. I made it 3.5 hours past taking the pill today before drowsiness
began nudging. That part is getting better.
 
More or less the same as everyday. I open several different pill bottles, pour out the relevant doses, wash them down with dissolved Vit C and multivitamin tablets. Then I drink a cup of weak milky coffee, and sit here at my keyboard, using my fingers and thumbs to write stuff about things I know very little about.

After all that exercise I might try and to some form of exercise, like getting up and going to the loo, then get dressed and sit in my comfy chair for an hour or two, just to let the pills do their work. Then it's back to the kitchen for lunch and then return to my comfy chair to digest it.

If I have any energy left over then I might press a couple of buttons on the TV remote and exercise my eyeballs watching various programmes.

So that's my exercise regime for the day, after which it's dinner time, then more TV, and finally up the stairs to bed, and lots of recovery in the form of sleep.
 
Numbers for the month of October.

Starting weight - 201 lbs.
Ending weight - 201 lbs. Well at least I didn't gain any.

66 miles of walking at an avergae pace of 2.26 mph.

Bench Presses = 673 reps spread over 9 workouts with an average weight per rep of 41.5 KG or 91 Lbs.
