What exercise have you done today?

When I'm tired and distracted, as I am today, I find myself "waking up" at certain points in my workout with no real memory of the last set. Muscle memory is taking over. In part I feel like, well, that was easy, but I know it's a much better, deeper workout when I'm focused.

On the other hand, I could give myself credit for doing my workout when I'm tired. So, there's that.

I have to write down and record the time of every set I do as I finish them. Otherwise I lose track of how many I've done. I don't think it's muscle memory so much as CRS. (Can't Remember Shit)
