I took my dog for a little hike at an urban wildlife refuge this afternoon and then worked out with weights this evening.
When I'm tired and distracted, as I am today, I find myself "waking up" at certain points in my workout with no real memory of the last set. Muscle memory is taking over. In part I feel like, well, that was easy, but I know it's a much better, deeper workout when I'm focused.
On the other hand, I could give myself credit for doing my workout when I'm tired. So, there's that.
