What exercise have you done today?

When I'm tired and distracted, as I am today, I find myself "waking up" at certain points in my workout with no real memory of the last set. Muscle memory is taking over. In part I feel like, well, that was easy, but I know it's a much better, deeper workout when I'm focused.

On the other hand, I could give myself credit for doing my workout when I'm tired. So, there's that.

I have to write down and record the time of every set I do as I finish them. Otherwise I lose track of how many I've done. I don't think it's muscle memory so much as CRS. (Can't Remember Shit)
 

Walked 2 miles in the neighborhood in 51m 29s.

Bench Presses 15 sets at 3 min intervals

I started this 15 set routine back on March 3rd with 15 sets of 10 with just the 20KG bar to try to rehab from an injury to my right shoulder. Since then I have slowly increased the weight and lowered the reps.

Had PT today for an hour. Leg weights now three lbs. each. Love those bike machines with the arm movements. Wish I had one at home!

After my soap operas I took a 45 minute wheelchair cruise. So good for upper arms. Now I am tired.

Exercise for the brain—they give me the NYTIMES every day.
 
None. Haven't even left my residence except for 7am mass. Many days I don't. But Saturday, walked much and for awhile was dancing at a mall. Before that Friday and Thursday were home while Wednesday hiked about 6.5 miles climbing about 1000 feet with gear in the field working photography.
