What exercise have you done today?

After almost two months away from the climbing gym due to a 5 week illness followed by travel I climbed for the first time in over 8 weeks. It was wonderful although I'm definitely weaker and tire more easily. I was able to get up some 5.10a's but didn't try to push beyond that to avoid over tiring myself.

2 mile walk in the neighborhood. 49 min 14s. Anytime I'm under 50 I feel good about it. Yes I'm slow, but I'm pushin 80. What do you expect.?

15 sets of Bench Presses at 4 minute intervals:

20 KG X 10
30 KG X 8
40 KG X 6
50 KG X 4
60 KG X 2
70 KG X 1

A regular Wednesday Tai Chi class this morning. We started by running through one of the Chi Gong sets on our curriculum. A Daoist "Slapping Set" - gets the blood up! Then onto Tai Chi we worked in pairs looking at a small section of our Form. Then onto group practice of the full form for those that know the whole thing.
