What exercise have you done today?

After almost two months away from the climbing gym due to a 5 week illness followed by travel I climbed for the first time in over 8 weeks. It was wonderful although I'm definitely weaker and tire more easily. I was able to get up some 5.10a's but didn't try to push beyond that to avoid over tiring myself.
 
do you mean focused deliberate exercises or just the daily trudging - cos I've been trudging all day and did manage to get quite a bit of jaw exercise in down at the elderly care centre - shouting across tables ; having a laugh and general chitter chatter??
