In my book it all counts!do you mean focused deliberate exercises or just the daily trudging - cos I've been trudging all day and did manage to get quite a bit of jaw exercise in down at the elderly care centre - shouting across tables ; having a laugh and general chitter chatter??

Oh Tai Chi is so amazingly good for the body. I miss the classes my senior center used to run!A regular Wednesday Tai Chi class this morning. We started by running through one of the Chi Gong sets on our curriculum. A Daoist "Slapping Set" - gets the blood up! Then onto Tai Chi we worked in pairs looking at a small section of our Form. Then onto group practice of the full form for those that know the whole thing.
