My sister has recently started using a cane. She resisted as long as possible but the pain in her knees and hips became unrelenting whenever she would go from a sitting to standing position.Well I never thought in my life I would be so excited to get one of these...
In truth I have a couple dotted around the house.. a pink floral one, and a silver and black..upstairs and downstairs for when my back goes out and I need help standing up.. but lately because the OA in my knees have got worse I'm finding it painful to get out of the car sometimes.. so I bought this beautiful green floral one... Oh god help me old age is overtaking this young body...

..yes It's no fun at all as you know from your sister who was doubtless a very active person like me... . I don't need it all the time, but I have to have it on the occasions when the pain is very restricting ..

I had one of those a long time ago, when I was still using windows... I have had a Mac now for almost 10 yearsI bought a Microsoft ergonomic keyboard. I ordered it last night and it arrived this afternoon. It's a joy to use!
I might just start working on my novel again!
