Have you done much shopping on Temu, HD? I'd never heard of them before their extensive ad campaign during the (American football) Super Bowl back in February. I checked out their site but didn't stop back after that first look-see.
I have done a fair bit of shopping on Temu ,Star..all in the name of research of course ..

...seriously yes I've done a a fair bit..about £100 worth over a few weeks..
I was incredulous when checking prices of some things against those same items in Amazon.. that temu is half if not even less the price.. and delivery is absolutely free.. ( no prime or equivalent to pay)... altho' at least here in the Uk to qualify you have to spend £20 or-more
All that said..it's difficult to gauge a proper review of the items sold on there.. very few buyers leave reviews..so again I had to resort to googling for reviews of the item from other sites..
Like Amazon, they have several sellers of the same item.. so you will find exactly or very simialr items being sold for a big difference in price, and also Temu reduces prices at will.. even after you've bought something at one price however, if it reduces again within 30 days after you've bought , temu will refund the difference.. apparently lots of people have had this paid to them so it's not a scam.... but all in all the prices are astonishingly low for almost all things..
I've watched Youtube Videos in the past of people who have bought huge amounts ... for me to see what the quality of the items are like when they review them or even just show off their haul
Again.. because of so little reviews you have to be particualrly careful that you buy what's for sale and not what you imagine it is.. lots of people for example got handbags the size for a child.. when they thought they were getting a full size bag.. ( the description and sizes are all there to view tho')....
Lots of it is junk.. cheap nonsense.. which makes me shake my head at what people are prepared to spend their money on... but much of it is very good value..
For me personally I couldn't buy make-up or jewellery...simply because who knows where that make-up comes from.. and secondly the jewellery bears no resemblance to what's displayed in most cases.. (lucky bag junk)....oh and I'd be very wary of buying anything electric.. a lot of people have but I wouldn't want to risk it..
The clothing pretty much all seems to be made of polyester from what I can gather from the reviews.... but I did buy a plain yellow T-shirt which is pure cotton.. and it cost about £3.... I also bought a an Iphone case which was going for £18 on Amazon.. for £1.49 on Temu... can't complain at that..it looks and feels exactly the same..I was delighted..
Items for the home seem to be their best sellers, and I've got quite a few items that cost a fraction of what they would on Amazon.. or that I've paid for in the past from Amazon.. so that's the great deal for me..
I have no idea what the game is with Temu.. whether it's a ploy to get as many sales as possible before increasing prices.. or what.. what I do know is that I pay with my CC every time rather than a Debit card.. and immediately after the sale I remove my CC card details from the site..
Up until now I've had no complaints whatsoever.. their deliveries are fast given that they have to come from overseas.. usually everything here within 4 days
