What is the surest way to a woman's heart ??

Not all guys are handymen but it helps if he knows who to call.
Not for me.. I want a man's man..I want him to know how to use a drill and a saw.. or fix the engine of a car... I don't want him not to know these things.....if he prefers not to do them for whateverreason then I want him to afford to pay somebody else

My soon2bex was all those things.he could/can turn his hand to anything ...

I don't want a man who doesn't know one end of a chisel from the other or a Power drill from a drill bit... or an alternator from a brake pad that would give me the ick !

Get my hands dirty! You cannot be serious! We all have talents and my lady has had many a compliment on these pages for her sewing artistry. But her other half has a bit of an artistic flare too. You've seen an example of my handwriting in script, using a fountain pen with a broad nib. Our wedding album is filled out in that style, when my new mother-in-law saw it she said: "Oh wow! Where did you find him?"

Pen and ink seems to be a lost art, maybe that's why such a letter gets a response. So many I have written for others, most of which has produced a positive result.

"Respect" seems to be the number one response here. I was in a Sunday School class once where we were asked to name the most important thing and "respect" came first. To tell the truth, I'm never sure what that means. When I try to think of an example of respect I think of a soldier saluting an officer.

Tell her that she is beautiful.
Tell her that she is so clever.
Tell her that she always smells gorgeous.
Tell her that she is the most fantastic cook.... then after she has cooked a super meal, tell her how delicious it was, then offer to wash the dishes.

It never worked for me though. 😊
