After what I've already lived through, not much scares me any more. I've flipped a car off a cliff with two other people inside it...nobody got a scratch. But there wasn't a window left in it, all four tires were blown out, and roof was caved in.
I went through three storms on a shrimp boat with twenty foot swells. The railing only comes up to the knees, and the boat is rocking so hard water comes over the railing. And we had to shovel a thousand pounds of fish back overboard, while fifteen foot sharks ate it faster than we could shovel it.
We had a sea serpent crawl out of a pile on the deck once, that stretched all the way across the boat, and still had tail left over. It's head was the size of a football. And the captain told me that if it bit me I would take another two steps.
I've had a gun put to my head, and a Knife put to my throat, as a cab driver in San Diego.
I worked on a helitack helicopter fighting wild land fires. One time the only place they could drop us off, was on a huge boulder sticking out from the side of a mountain. The blades of the copter were coming within inches of the side of the mountain as we jumped off. The copter kept bouncing on the boulder, and we had to keep the skids from smashing our feet, and then jump off the boulder with our gear, before the copter could take off. A very big Adrenalin rush!
That's just a few of my adventures....I have so many, I wrote a book about it....but it wouldn't be allowed here.
