What Social Media platform do you use the most?

YouTube. Not sure if that one counts.

I haven't posted anything on Facebook in ages. Literally years.

I have an Instagram account to follow a some accounts. Rarely on Twitter.

I go to Reddit for some forums and Ravelry, for knit and crochet.

Here mostly, but go to news forums to catch up. Not that cable news isn't always in the background, because unfortunately it is. I come here to get away from most news!
Senior Forums is such an eclectic mix, it's what I like about the place. Why I have highlighted your post Pepper is because, when it comes to news, I am the opposite in that I don't keep up to date on current affairs. The news I find, mostly depressing, so I don't bother with it.

The rise of social networking online means that people no longer have an expectation of privacy, according to Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. That quotation resonated with me, of course we post trivial day to day details here, but the wording of Zuckerberg's remarks implies that we shouldn't expect privacy, something I find very uncomfortable.

Several different forums...Fellow Seniors member Wren and I are writing a story on one!
Use You Tube...lots of live sport streamed there plus Anna from Ukraine(war vlogs)and The Whitewicks.
Twitter and Facebook to keep up with sports results.
And these probably don't count as Social Media but several word game apps.
