What T.V. Shows Had You Hooked Even Before The First Episode Ended?

Just mentioning recent shows. Ghosts had me hooked from the start.

I like Matlock, because I don’t know who did it.

Although I’ll still watch Elsbeth and High Potential, I’m weary of knowing who and then when caught, the bad guys admitting it right away. High Potential had a strange cliffhanger. After a long Christmas break, the last show was obviously part one of two or more. It’s a long time until the new fall releases and by that time I might not want to return.

I was disappointed in the Twin Peaks ending. The series was epic but the ending left a lot to be desired.

Jane leeves who plays Daphne has such a terrible English accent, I can't bear to listen to her... no-one talks like that in England !

@OneEyedDiva I felt the same as @PeppermintPatty when I watched it. It made more sense when I watched the third season (on Showtime) but that third season was a chore for me. I need to try and watch the 3rd season again sometime in the future.

I can’t remember how mainly seasons I watched. I might have missed some. Maybe that’s why the ending didn’t make sense. Maybe I’ll watch it again. There’s so many choices of things to watch.,

The "final" season came out about 11 years ago and was on Showtime. It didn't get much publicity so you might have missed it. It is.....strange. But worth a watch when you get the time to.

My mom was referring to it as The Dome when I learned she was watching it. I didn't pay attention to the official title but I think she said it was Under The Dome.
