What TV shows would you love to see come back?

A lot of those mentioned I can see on broadcast TV for free with the sub-channels now available with digital TV. I get up to 7 sub-channels from one station; others less. The one I watch the most is Drew Carrey although it's not all that old.

I would go way, way back and like to see "I Remember Mama", Rin Tin Tin and Lassie.
Some of those series from Walt Disney were good like Danial Boone, Davy Crocket, and the Swamp Fox.
Andy Griffith was good also.
I used to watch Rin Tin Tin about a young boy, the dog and a bunch of soldiers. I also liked and did watch Lassie. I agree that the early Walt Disney shows like Davy Crocket, etc. were excellent. They put in a lot of effort into the acting and the story because they never had all the modern computer graphics that we have now. The computer graphics makes the shows seems about as believable as a Bugsy Bunny cartoon. Actually, I would rather watch that Bugsy Bunny and Elmer Fudd rather than some of the fast flickering shows that they now put out. Hey, Yogi and Boo weren't bad either.

I loved Star Trek and currently watching it all again - along with 'The Next Generation, 'Voyager',
and 'Deep Space Nine' all on Netflix.

Also loved - The High Chaparral, Bonanza, Little House On The Prairie, The Waltons.
Perry Mason, Columbo - to name just a few :)
Some Waltons would be good for sure

oh and don’t forget Starsky and Hutch!!

There was a short-lived show called "The Name of the Game" with an ensemble cast centered around a newspaper. Gene Barry played the wealthy publisher. It was a long format, 90 minutes, which I believe helped to improve the quality of the stories.

And of course there was "Gary Seven" the one episode spinoff of Star Trek with Robert Lansing. Too bad it wasn't picked up. It showed some promise. Lansing and Shatner were polar opposites in acting style.

We loved Pushing Daiseys, Northern Exposure( before Rob Morrow left) Carol Burnett, Andy Griffith, Frasier, and M*A*S*H. I'm sure there are others I will think of later. If it looks like we prefer comedies, thats because we do.

There is a Season 1 - 7 Episodes on Netflix
Not watching it myself but when I saw your post I thought I remembered seeing it listed there,
so went and checked it out. Can only see Season 1 episodes. :)
The only Sisters I see on Netflix is not the old TV series about the 4 sisters , Teddy Frankie, Alex and I forget the forth. The Netflix one is a one season Netflix original

What TV shows would you love to see come back?

Here, in the UK, 'Boys From The Black Stuff'. :)

I surprised no one mentioned "Charlie's Angels"

and lest we forget:
The Mod Squad
Then Came Bronson
Kung Fu
I loved to watch Then Came Bronson, Michael Parks, classic opening:
"Taking a trip?"
"Yeah"
He rode a Harley Sportster, with the logo painted over. Only episode I remember is the one with Buffy Sainte-Marie as the guest star.

"One white, one black, one blonde"
opener for the Mod Squad, produced by no less than Bing Crosby, but still a mediocre cop show

First season of Kung Fu I liked, then it went downhill fast. Keye Luke as far as I know was the only actor on the series actually born in China. He became famous on the original Charlie Chan movies.

while i can think of some i may like to see the reality is ....most will sad attempts to copy a formula... there have been several attempts at movie re-dos and TV things only to find nostalgia does not mean ratings....
I found a funny item Roku a streaming group has original series that range from 8 minutes to 11 minutes long....

I guess the short attention span of folks is now made streaming a whole season in an afternoon.

These days, if they find out that you like a show like The Orville or one of the new Star Trek series like Discovery or Picard, they’ll run it behind a pay wall so you’ll have to pony up an additional monthly access fee in addition to the already exorbitant cable fees… 💰‼️

None of my favorites will ever come back.
"The Jeffersons"
"Married With Children"
"Three's Company"
"The Twilight Zone" (the original)

Anyone recognize this dapper looking dude?
