What will you be having for breakfast?

scrambled eggs ( from our chickens ) with ground sausage topped with quinoa. I love quinoa. It is like rice but is super healthy for you. And an avocado, and apple salad I made with nuts, raisins, celery. and cinnamon. :)

Quinoa is such a winner grain - healthy, quick to cook, freezes well and is delicious. What's not to love.

p.s. Your avocado/apple salad sounds terrific, too.
