Thank you for the reminder - after reading this I jumped up and made a quick batch of my refrigerator oatmeal concoction. Love a few spoonfuls for snacks or a light meal, but almost never eat it for breakfast.Oatmeal with blueberries.
Quinoa is such a winner grain - healthy, quick to cook, freezes well and is delicious. What's not to love.scrambled eggs ( from our chickens ) with ground sausage topped with quinoa. I love quinoa. It is like rice but is super healthy for you. And an avocado, and apple salad I made with nuts, raisins, celery. and cinnamon.![]()
