Not happening to me, unless someone kidnaps me and puts me in 'suspension', in which case my first question is -- is did the cryo place know i was unwilling? Unless they were froze too the original offenders would be long dead.

i would think they would have 'orienteers' at each awakening to refresh the person's memory if they chose it, to explain when/where they are now maybe handover a booklet on significant socio-political changes, and things that are currently considered 'rude' and 'provocative' to do in public.
