Looks like something out of an episode of the "Hoarders" series. Back in the late 50's/early 60's, my parents owned a couple of small rental homes. They had some good renters, but also had a couple of bad experiences. One moved out and took everything but the toilet with him (and that was only because the toilet was completely filled with poop)....he took the sinks, the lighting fixtures from the ceilings, the furnace, a couple of doors, and even the outlet covers and switch plates in all the rooms (why?). Eventually, they got fed up and sold the houses to a young man who was a friend of the family. They warned him to be very, very careful about who he rented to. Of course, he didn't, and had the resultant bad experiences. He ended up signing the houses back over to my parents within a year (they were holding the mortgage). The experience left me with a strong conviction to never, never be a landlord.
