What Would You Do With $700 Million?

I can't even imagine winning that amount of money. If I did though I would give my Son and Daughter a very large portion of it. And they would give a large portion to their children. I would give a large portion to my older sister and she would share with her children. I would buy her and her son who is paralyzed a condo right next to me so I could help her care for him. I would also get them a housekeeper, and a caregiver for my nephew. I would give to my favorite charities and a large donation to cancer research. That would make me so happy.
 

Hmm, well, I don't know what to do with what I do have, so yeah, that could be a hard thing to figure out;)

For me I don't think I'd go extravagant on myself, not at this age. I truly would help some "good" causes like homes for animals, hell with people, LOL! I'm "sort" of kidding. I would find a candidate that is smart, and could run things much better than what we've had (probably find him on the front-lines in Afghanistan) and back him with all but enough to take care of me for the next 40 years.

I figure I will live that long if I don't quit being so dang healthy. I would have a nice, private home of my own, a good car, and own a taxi service so I could throw regular 50s, 60s, 70's music parties, and pick up lots of seniors my age and up, who would find it hard to go out of their place.

Oh heck, I'd do a lot of "spur of the moment" things. I won't win since I don't buy tickets, so I guess I'll just read about what others are doing with their dream money.

I'd like to know who is getting the bulk of this money Linda;) I figure if you take the "one payment" option, you get an iota of what the total win is, so where does the rest go. I also figure if you take payments, must be someone else gets to line there pockets long after I croak, LOL!! hugs, sweet lady, denise

LOL, Phil, you dang fool!! Why not order up some gals with that to come over and drop chunks of pizza down your pizza hole, just like the Romans used to have them drop grapes in their mouths, LOL! What's nubile? :lofl:

I thought about that this morning, while listening to the car radio on the way to town. You'd sure have to gift / donate the vast majority of it to charities, and humanitarian organizations. Set up trusts for financial security for all our kids, being careful not to 'kill' their drive to work and be responsible. Continue living simple, but maybe do some traveling and probably set up an well equipped "off grid" get-away place, in an undisclosed remote location.
 
no one won it. there must be people spending every dime they have for a chance at what?? their hearts desires, happiness that money can't buy.

Most would go to my kids.I would give my best friend ,animal shelters,to my husband,then I would take the rest and run away,far away,go add some more tattoos,fiind a nice little cabin by a bbeach ,and a bar walking distance. :). 'Sigh' far away,lol
 
My hub would pay off our bills, build a cabin in the woods. Next I would help my daughter and her family out. And I would help my brother and mother live more comfortably as well. Then after that, take life easy and enjoy the simple things just like we did before.
 
If I was unlucky enough to be given all that dosh I would give most of it away.
