2 fried eggs, one slice whole wheat, seeded bread.
I love so called breakfast for dinner. It is simple, quick and easy!! It is a good thing for those that do not want to spend time in the kitchen. I don't mind the cooking part but I hate the clean up part. Eggs are high in protein and filling. Who does not like toast. I usually bake a pound of bacon for the week, I use it if a I am having a breakfast dinner. Handy for making BLTs.2 fried eggs, one slice whole wheat, seeded bread.

Yes, that's it... cinnamon whiskey. Sounds good in theory, but it would probably gut me.Around here it is a alcholic drink, I have never had it so can only guess it has a cinnamon flavor like a candy red hot. Very popular with the young adults.
Asparagus, green but so what? Yellow squash?Tonight is a new recipe for us, and I'm hoping some of you foodies here can give suggestions for a side dish. It's Salmon in Puff Pastry (like a Wellington)... and it sounds good, but I have no idea what to serve with it. There's already fresh spinach with the salmon in the pastry, so I wouldn't do another green veggie most likely. I don't have salad ingredients and we won't be going out today, so that wouldn't work. Any ideas?
