I had roast duck with hoisin sauce.. It was so rich, I had to save most of it for another day..

Defrosted my home made tomato sauce; added it to sauteed sliced garlic and red pepper flakes. Made pasta and shrimp fra diavolo. So good.

Monday was sausages,beans and chips in the pub.

Today for lunch I’m making a version of this chicken avocado salad.

Tonight for supper mama broiled me a tender and flavorful Angus bone-in strip steak with fresh mushrooms and a nuked / baked potato while she had Asian roast duck......we're both full as ticks.

Deli chicken, sweet onion, Swiss cheese, lettuce, olive oil mayonnaise on 2 slices of honey wheat toast.

Tonight I had Sea Bass with Scallops and King Prawns on a bed of Long-grain Rice.

Mama finished off the leftover Asain duck and stir fried me some brussels sprouts with thinly sliced beef......pretty darn good supper.

Hamburgers and apple turnovers! The favorite Chinese place is closed. Some other day!

Dinner: Big Fish sandwich, small fries , small diet coke.

Okay, I admit it; microwave popcorn and mostly defrosted frozen fruit.

Making up for last night's dinner, I'm having an eggwhite omelet with grilled tomatoes and non-dairy cheese, GF toast and a protein shake with frozen raspberries for breakfast.

I made soup yesterday, so the rest of that will do for lunch. A chicken breast with rice for dinner.

My wife is away again with her crowd, so I think I will do Chick-fil-A tonight for dinner. My wife and her friends are down in
Washington, D.C. to see the cherry blossoms in bloom. Whoopie!

Bought some ground beef while shopping the other day. Made a meat loaf as I had not made one in a while. Turned out well. Brought a piece over to my neighbor, as she is always bringing me treats and stuff.

Baked trout with mediterranean vegetables (cherry tomatoes, red onion, aubergine, red and yellow peppers).

I bought the beef to make pepper steak but they did not include the energy to get it done. Maybe later today I can make it happen. The sides will be mashed potatoes and corn. I need to do this as it will cover about 3 days of meals.
