Chicken, corn and mashed potatoes last night. A piece of chocolate cake with a dip of vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Our dinner last night with just a few tweaks... healthier than the "1970's version" of tuna casserole. I didn't have carrots so didn't use use... used cavatappi for the pasta and just 1 can of tuna. The fresh spinach and self-shredded parmesan were so good in it!

Crock pot chicken sweet potatoes and beans.a few diced tomatoes and fajita seasonings.it just turned into mush ! That was lunch now I am drinking a cold beer after my bike ride

Today, we stopped at Hardee’s for dinner. I had a chili dog and fries and Thelma had a double cheeseburger, fries and a strawberry milk shake. Oh, I had a vanilla milk shake.

Well @GAlady posted that today is National Egg Roll day, so that is the catalyst for me deciding to have the Royal Asia spring rolls for lunch.

Today we are having Humuhumukunukuepua a. This is the Hawaiian state fish.
Probably end up with a bowl of split pea soup. If I can’t pronounce it, I don’t want it..

Welp, had that pizza I was craving, medium size, will last for
3 more days....and it came with pan of brownies for goodness
sakes....so I had to eat some brownie with ice cream LOL....

Korean salad with shrimp.
I make Korean salad when we have an overabundance of lettuce. The dressing wilts a big batch down to a two salad size. It's also delicious!
