What's for dinner ( or lunch )

Forgot to mention I also had hot chocolate sponge pudding, and thick double cream.... I'm telling you, I opened that cream and saw 5 pounds go on me.. but I had it anyway lol... haven't had thick fresh double cream like that for years...

Tonight I had chicken drumsticks, and Orkney Crab,,,,,

Later I made a home made ice cream cone using Haagen Daz Strawberry and cream, ice cream.. and a chocolate dipped cone

today after I'd been swimming at the pool, about 3pm... I got lunch at a country oub...seems madness to have eaten a roast dinner on such a hot day but I can rarely turn down a Carvery... so I had roast potatoes, roast beef, roast Gammon.. and broccoli and Apple sauce

Tonight about 20 minutes ago.. around 9.30pm I had Baked Tempura prawns..for supper...

Oh! now I fancy roast Gammon! We have a lot of stuff in the fridge at the minute but, I think gammon and chips will be on the menu next week :)

This evening, it was just lots of different things - pasta. smoked salmon, pickles, olive ciabatta, avocado, stuffed olives with cheese and some salad. Then I cut up some strawberries, melon and pineapple. :)

it was so hot today that when I stopped at Tesco to get milk and water... I walked around the fruit aisles buying up strawberries, and Water Melon.. and anything juicy... :D

One of my favourite fish dishes for dinner this evening. Sole fillet rolled with prawns, mushrooms and dill - poached in white wine and thickened with cream.
That sounds a whole lot better than the parmesan fish we'll be having. :giggle: I think I'll make mashed sweet potatoes with it. Enjoy your fish... it sounds incredible! @Capt Lightning
