What's for dinner ( or lunch )

Tonight I made a bacon and egg flan from scratch... deeelicious...

Rubenstein's canned Red Salmon mixed with a little bit of my mother's Poppy Seed Salad Dressing on two slices of white bread-with some of the Original Wise Ridgies Potato Chips.
 
I made my tomato jam. DH brought in all the tomatoes before a freeze. We already had several cherry, plum, and regular on the counter. I took all the ones that were barely ripe but wizzely, bad spots, and all the cherries and made this sweet, savory jam.
