Tonight, ricotta and spinach ravioli in garlic butter sauce. There will be dessert but I have not decided yet.

Last night I had shoulder of Lamb, mini roast potatoes, and broccoli for dinner. There was too much of it for me, so today I had the leftovers for lunch with beef gravy...

I've been trying to decide on whether to make this or not for Christmas.

Saw a well known chef make it on one of the cooking shows and it looked yummy.

They're hard to find. This time I got them at Walmart. Found them at Aldi's a few times.

The company that makes them stopped distributing them to Canada some years ago so Canuk Bugles lovers are now S.O.L.

I suppose I could nip across the border which is only minutes away and see if I can score some in Buffalo NY. Seems extreme to go to all that trouble for a few packs of snack food though
