Tonight I made sausages in a mushroom and red onion gravy... with Brussel sprouts and mashed potato ..to save energy I cooked double portion, and put the other in the fridge for tomorrow..

Getting back to town today coming down the highway, I said Lorie, why don't we stop at Chucks Roadhouse, and have a Rib Eye Steak... They have the best steaks I've ever had in a restaurant it comes with fries and a cob of corn... They also have the best carrot cake, but I have to get off the gluten. We usually share a piece...

I ate supper there last night (different location from you though). Had the filet mignon & a baked spud plus a Caesar salad. It was a nice meal. The place was packed

Tonight we had homemade Prime Rib roast, medium rare, with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts with gluten-free gravy, delish...

Tonight we had chicken breast stuffed with Feta cheese and spinach, Brown rice, with green beans, and a gluten-free bun

Same as yesterday, leftovers are so good when you don't have to spend time in the kitchen cooking and doing dishes. More the question is what to do about tomorrow? Shall I try that new Aldi red bag chicken, I think not. Maybe some shrimp of some sort.

Supper tonight smoked ham steaks, sweet corn and home made biscuits. Vit D milk to drink.

Tonight, Lorie made homemade pizza on...Gluten-free pizza crust, and on wraps... I preferred the pizza on the wraps which are gluten-free

I made a big pot of Sicilian Chicken Soup this morning for dinner. Homemade soup (and chili!) is always better after being reheated so it's chillin' in the fridge now for 5 or 6 hours. Can't wait to dig in... the house smells wonderful.

Tonight was a little bit eclectic... I was going to have Baked ham , potato fritters, and brussl sprouts.. but I realised I needed to use up some Calamari...so I had the fritters, and Brussels with the Tempura coated Calamari rings

We're having good old fashioned grilled (indoor, unfortunately) hamburgers just the way I like them with a big tomato slice, mayo, and ketchup. I usually add a thin slice of onion, but I don't have any this time.

Just finished one of two double cheeseburgers by mcdonalds...had them delivered...not bad....
