That sounds nice.Got Loin Lamb Chops in the fridge marinading in basil , grain mustard and olive oil . In a few minutes I'll cook them in the AF... then serve them with Mashed sweet potato and Green beans
Lamb loin chops.........those are one of my faves. I haven't had any in years as they are $$$, but when I look at them they don't seem to have the marbling lately that really makes them special. In the US Prime grade lamb w the required marbling is unheard of at retail.Well that's the first time I've cooked lamb chops in the AF... and they were nice.. but not as tender as if they had been roasted in the oven
