What's on your travel bucket list

I narrowly missed a chance many years ago to get there. And to Glasgow also. Maybe it is all the novelists that I read who set their detective stories in Edinburgh. One of these days...

I am sure Scotland in general is well worth a visit.
Yes Ted, it certainly is. The whole country has only around 5 million inhabitants so there's a lot of empty space. There are also 93 inhabited islands, around 150 distilleries, numerous castles and grand houses, and most towns have a golf course.

Next places on my list are:

New Orleans
Edinburgh
Quebec City

and the remaining states in America that I am yet to visit.
New Orleans is not a safe city. Most big cities in the U.S. aren’t, but there are a few that are even less safer and New Orleans is one of them. Washington D.C. would be another very unsafe city as is NYC, although some parts are still good to walk around in.

All l want to do now is keep my feet on the ground and my head on my shoulders. That's as far as l want to go anymore'

I've always wanted to visit Europe - France, Paris and Portugal have been top of my list. Norway also looks so beautiful.

I'm excited to see that I'll be going to France next month through France Private Tours & Local Tour Guides - it will be my first time visiting a European country. I'm sure it will be an amazing experience and help tick another destination off my bucket list.

I hope you have a really great trip. I've never been a great fan of France, and many people will tell you that there's Paris and there's France.
Still, if it's on your itinerary, be sure to visit the Palace of Versailles. I do like Portugal. visit Lisbon if you get the chance.

Norway is nice. Accommodation and transport are reasonably priced, but food etc.. is expensive. Here's a pic from my last visit, just to give
you an idea.

Buenos Aries, Rio de Janerio and Singapore sound interesting.

Been to 18 countries plus some places that don't qualify as countries like Bermuda, Cayman Islands and a couple of times to Gibraltar.

I have been to 48 states, although Hawaii was not yet a state when I went there. 6 Provinces in Canada and 8 states in Mexico.

At age 90 I do my traveling on YouTube now.

No Bucket List for me! However, I am leaving for South Florida in 5 days. Will be spending 2 weeks in South Florida and going on a 14 South Caribbean Cruise. Love cruising with the ships of the Holland America line. Don't need rock walls, all night discos nor the go carts on those other BIG ships! I prefer to go to bed about 9 - 10 pm. It's better for my health. When you get to my age you know what's good for you or else!

Actually, looking forward to miss all this Christmas advertising, music and high pressure. I have seen it all and no longer want to see it anymore. Went to a mall the other day and they were playing "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree" by Brenda Lee and I knew it was time to go cruising! Have a "Holly, Golly New Year!"
