I go to a shop called for men only but they do cut women’s hair too. Senior rate is $15 but I tip $5. I think I’m going back to cutting my own hair again like I did for years before, but only if my shoulder doesn’t give me a problem.
Shoulders are my problem also. I just cut mine yesterday, it took me forever ... [yeah I know, that's an exaggeration] but .... I kept needing to stop and rest my shoulders so often, it seemed like forever.
