Why we don't eat turkey eggs....

Farmers would have to sell each egg for at least $3, making a full dozen $36, compared to the $3.00 average cost for their feathered counterparts

Unlike chickens that produce one egg every 24 hours or so, turkeys drop maybe two a week.

'Turkeys have a longer life cycle so they need to get to about seven months before they are able to produce laying eggs,' said Kimmon Williams of the National Turkey Federation

Chickens only have to reach about five months before they can start laying eggs. Turkeys need more food and larger housing, adding more costs to consumers.

People are just realizing why we don't eat turkey eggs

Today we think of Italian food as being based on ingredients such as pastas, cheeses, pork or fish, and tomatoes. I’d heard that there were no noodles (for instance, spaghetti) until the idea was imported from China. So then, what was the ancient Roman diet like (for different social classes)?

Apparently this guy wrote the preamble to the constitution. I never heard of him before.

Gouverneur Morris (/ɡʌvərnɪər ˈmɒrɪs/ guh-vər-NEER MOR-ris;[1] January 31, 1752 – November 6, 1816) was an American statesman, a Founding Father of the United States, and a signatory to the Articles of Confederation and the United States Constitution. He wrote the Preamble to the United States Constitution and has been called the "Penman of the Constitution".[2] While most Americans still thought of themselves as citizens of their respective states, Morris advanced the idea of being a citizen of a single union of states.[3] He was also one of the most outspoken opponents of slavery among those who were present at the Constitutional Congress. He represented New York in the United States Senate from 1800 to 1803.

Agatha Christie (1890-1976) at Waikiki Beach, Hawaii, circa 1922.

Did you know that Agatha Christie was one of the UK’s first surfers and thought to be the first Western woman to stand up on a surfboard?

In this picture, she is standing with a board borrowed from a surfer named Fred. Sharing the same name as her father Frederick Alvah Miller, who died when she was ten years old, the gesture meant a lot to her.

In describing surfing, Agatha said, "Oh it was heaven! Nothing like rushing through the water at what seems to you a speed of about two hundred miles an hour. It is one of the most perfect physical pleasures I have known."

I think understand....if I do, I'm pretty amazed. Actually, I'm amazed I even looked because I am a failure at math. This is pretty cool, thanks.
I changed my response from 😲 to ❤️.
I love numbers and this trick (for lack of a better word) is fascinating. The man explaining it is a perfect math teacher. Wonder if that's what he does for a living.
