I think it's a well-known, fun, fact that kittens' and mature cats' faces look different. But it's hard to verbally describe.
Kitten face.png Cat face.png Kitten on the left, cat right.

These were both drawn by the same artist, and he teaches how to draw them. He also described the proportions of the faces...

Maybe I'm alone, but I thought it was fun!☺️

Dorothy’s ruby slippers from The Wizard of Oz

In August 2005, a pair of ruby slippers, known as the “Traveling Pair,” worn in The Wizard of Oz, was stolen from the Judy Garland Museum in Grand Rapids, MN. The Grand Rapids police searched far and wide but they made no arrests and never found the slippers until 12 years later when they got the FBI involved. They did a sting operation and found the slippers in July 2018.

Five years later, 76-year-old Terry Jon Martin pleaded guilty to theft of the shoes. Martin believed the shoes contained real rubies and his intention was to remove and sell them. Upon discovering the rubies weren’t real, he ditched the slippers altogether. In March 2024, the FBI returned the ruby slippers to their owner, Michael Shaw.
