Who Rules The World?

Everybody wants to rule the world......not me, my world is ruled by my dogs, my son and his family. They make my world go round, don't know where or how I would be without them. I know it sounds strange, sad but it is not, after all is said and done, I am still blessed.
 

Mother Nature rules the world!

We humans are making a real mess of running things, every
so often some "Head Case", starts killing innocents, because
he, normally he, thinks that he should be in charge, but by
killing everybody, the end result will be an empty land that
he can rule, no people, no production or taxes, etc.

Went back and listened to it again, transported back in my mind, seems like yesterday doesn't it. Hard to believe all this time has passed, we still feel young in our minds but when we look in the mirror someone else is there looking back. Sometimes I think dementia may not be bad, we might look in the mirror and see our selfs back when we were young and vital, full of life and possibilities, does'nt sound bad to me. If I get lost in my own head I would prefer those times until the end.

Combined death toll nears 20,000​
The combined death toll in Turkey and Syria from Monday’s devastating earthquake has risen to 19,823.​

The Turkish president, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, announced that 16,546 had died, after records earlier in the afternoon stood at 16,170.​

State media in Syria said the death toll in government-held areas had risen to 1,347, up from 1,262.​
