Will you get a flu shot this year or next?

I've never gotten one. I can't recall when I've last had the flu. The thought of being injected with something that will give me the flu in order to combat it is unappealing to me. I'd never want one.
 

I never get the flu shots. One year when I was half way considering it, I found out that the efficacy wasn't that great, so I didn't bother. I decided I'd try keeping my immune system boosted instead and keep away from people exhibiting symptoms. Years ago I used to get colds from my then young (youngest) grandson and my husband who was always shaking hands and talking to a lot of people. After I got on a steady regimen of zinc, I stopped getting them (or they'd be mild and last only a couple of days).
