Women Soon May Have to Register for the Draft

A draft is enslavement, except a Dire Emergency like WWII. By Dire Emergency I mean the threatening of Human Existence. However, if a Draft is ever needed under a Dire Emergency, yes, of course it must include females.

They know where every legal citizen is. Jimmy Carter brought back draft registration, it is still in effect. Look, when they want you, they'll get you. Have no doubt on that.

to the armed forces.
This country has three groups that run the nation.
The armed forces is not within that group, though they feel they should be

The draft, regardless of sex, should always be active as
a safe guard against juntas.
I served, hated it, but it is a necessary evil, unless you think the military can run the country better than civilians.

I could find no hint of the identity of said "commission", nor the names of anyone on it. I'm thinking fake news.
 
I do not want to run into a Israel solider-male or female.

There are cultural norms, in the USA they interfere with the
roles of females in the military.
In Israel it is a matter of survival-the females are equal to the
men as soldiers.
 
The problem with a draft now is drugs and drop outs. During the Viet Nam War I witnessed the draft first hand and for the most part the draftees made it through training. Th military right now is facing a population problem because of the ever increasing sophistication of many facets of the occupations. This has been documented 10+ years ago. If the draft is workable I think it may have come up from time to time but the military wants no part of it. Our military is professional unlike any in the past.

"Enslavement"? Really? You left out WWI, Korea and good old Viet Nam.
 
During what decade was the last person drafted? Registering women would serve no useful purpose and be a waste of money.
 
You get enough women with PMS together and they could likely take out entire cities. ~Grins~
I say this because back in the day, I used to scare the bejeezus outta people during PMS.

Forgive me if I'm mixing you up with another man on this forum BUT
Aren't you the guy who punked out of military service during Vietnam? And...........you're questioning ME? Chutzpah!
 
Please. Recruiting women for battle would be a huge mistake.

The male will always try to protect the woman soldier at the risk of his own life.

First of all, who says that everyone "drafted" for national service is sent off to battle?

Second, with the crisis we are in right now, this seems to me a pretty silly red herring to throw at us, just to provoke an argument. Draft? That's the least of our worries!
