I think you will like this story. So, there is a local zoo around here, called Turtle Back Zoo. It is a children's zoo, but it has expanded and has a nice amount of wonderful animals. More recently, they got cougars, lions, snow leopards and an Amur leopard. My wife and I used to go and enjoy a nice walk and seeing the animals. The Amur leopard's cage was very close to the people and we would go right up to her, maybe 4 feet away from her and, you know, do "kitty talk" to the kitty. The leopard always seemed very annoyed.
Then, one day, we were there and the leopard seem enormously content and happy. We asked the docent if something was going on. She said, "Yeah.." the leopard got out. Not outside with the public, but out of her area in the internal zoo areas.
So, after she had escaped and driven her handlers absolutely crazy, she was, apparently, utterly pleased as punch.
