Father/son charged with murder of jogger, Ahmaud Arbery

The first thing I thought of when I saw their faces: "In a dictionary, their photos belong next to "Ignorant."
The second thing I thought of was So.....that's where the phrase: "Too much blood in their alcohol stream" comes from.

On one hand, I'm angered by the facts, while on the other hand, thrilled, that all was captured on video.
 
Two yahoos decide to become a do-it-yourself police force. And when their suspect fights back, so of course they had to shoot him. At best, the two yahoos are guilty of kidnapping. He wasn't running down the roads with a TV set. There was no way he was actively committing any crime.
But there are human emotions. The whole white guy killing a black thing. And Georgia- the good ol'boy thing. Both maybe an impediment to justice.

I don't know.. as I said I haven't followed the trial, just the initial arrest so I don't know what was stated at trial...so I'm wondering if there was proof that they were racists . Not everyone who kills another person due to their race or colour IS..

This horrendous murder took place in February, 2020, 2 1/2 years ago! It sounds like a pretty simple case. Why did it take so long to hand down sentence? I have to wonder, how long was the trial dragged out?

Well, first, please describe exactly what racisim is ? I mean if I for example choose to associate with / socialize with, only white [caucasians] just like Labron James said he does with his black friends . Does that make me a racisist ?

I mean he said on video & on a hot mic, that he don't need no white friends [not a quote, but close] . Well I feel the same towards blacks , don't need'em / don't want them as friends . So if I am a racist ? isn't he the same ?

Now as far as I know, he has never hurt any white people , and i know for a fact I have never hurt any black people ..... So, because we choose our own kind, does that make us racist ?

Isn't that contradictory ? First you say you don't think so ..... then you say yea .... you are a racist ? ... So which is it ?

Or, is it just me, because i am white , but not Mr. James ? because he is black ?

And you find it racist to prefer my own kind ??

Well it has been awhile. When I did socialize from my teens to my 50's I would say about 50 - 50. I am a musician and I played in several bands with different races. I have mainly black friends and have most of my life. I am being buried in a predominantly black cemetery with poor white people like myself.

The State trial was 1st. The Indictment on the federal charges was not handed down until April 2021.
