Astrology - I can intuit when a person is born ( Sun sign )

I began to be able to see personality traits in others that corresponded with very similar traits of people I knew their Sun sign. The first time it happened was when I was 24, and our neighbor reminded me of my older brother so much, that I had to ask him when he was born. Scorpio!! Just like my brother. I am 71 soon, and have been doing this for many years. I estimate that I can intuit astrological influences of someone's natal chart over 50%. I would say closer to 65% of the time. Is that spooky? What is possibly going on here? Is it the planets or is it the time of year that influences our personality. Oh, I don't believe in Astrology. I just recognize it as being part of the world for me.
 

Thank you. :) You are a very unique individual, with a very vivid imagination and INTUITION and creative/very artistic expression. Your angels are like my intuition. The angels whisper in their voiceless way, insights into a persons traits. As far as guessing your sun sign, no I don't think I can. Online "contacts" are different than person to person communication. I enjoy you very much. ❤️
 

Another time I was listening to a band when I was about 36. A woman was sitting next to me and we got to talking. I asked her if she was born in January. She was a bit shocked and said YES! Jan. 22nd. Her Sun is at 1 degree Aquarius. I thought she was a Capricorn. I said well you are technically an Aquarius, but I would bet your Mercury is in Capricorn. It is...right in the middle. ( She is Misa, my partner for over 30 years ) So, the personal planets...Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, and Jupiter all play a part in the orchestra that creates the feeling of being "YOU". :)
 
I am very into Astrology.. have been for as long as I can remember. I don't mean silly horoscopes in magazines and newspapers, but real astrology positions of planets etc when you were born determining your personality.

I know there are lots of detractors out there...so you can all save it... but I really feel there 's an awful lot that could be explained, if only it wasn't looked on as Mumbo jumbo...

I can tell you Sassy...

These are typical Scorpio traits... you don't necessarily have all of them as someone born under the Sun sign of Scorpio, but I'm sure you'll recognise some of them .. Every sign has postive traits and not so positive.. not necessarily negative..altho' they could be used in such a way..

What is a sun sign?

If it helps, I was born under the Southern Cross, with search lights ascending.
 
The first time I noticed that there's something to astrology was in High School. I made friends with a guy and I would go over his house and listen to records.

Everything about him was so similar to me I felt we were brothers from different mothers.

It turned out he was a Fire sign like me.

Another similar experience like that was when I toured the Mark Twain house in Hartford CT.

A College student leads you around the house and in each room telling stories about the author and his family.
At one point it occurred to me that Mark Twain was very similar to me. He reacted to things as I would. Well, I looked him up later and found he was the same sign as me.

It's funny. I can't really categorize the ways people born under the same element sign are similar other than to get a feeling about them. And that hunch is usually right.

How I can see qualities in other people Astrologically is a mystery, that is why I started this thread. I can see it, but others think I am making it up. I am not. As far as telling you what traits Scorpio has, I would say observe for yourself. What similarities , in your experience, do you and other Scorpios have in "common". Study Astrology on the internet with sources that are not trying to take your money. :) I claim to be able to do this, others claim they see angels and even talk with them, as do people who talk to ascended beings and aliens. Some people see ghosts, and Auras. Others can bend and manipulate physical objects ( maybe ). :) Oh I forgot BIGFOOT!

I would not write off anything you say as delusional @Paco Dennis. My younger daughter has seen auras on people all of her life and is a true empath!
 
An interesting thing about astrological signs is that I've met people from the other side of the world and they can remind me of people I've known before and they turn out to be the same sign as others I've known.

I mentioned my high school friend and there's a guy from Vietnam I worked with for years was the same sign. English was his 2nd language, yet he sometimes used the same phrases as my HS friend.

Sometimes I felt I was in the presence of my old friend from way back.

I don't know a thing about astrology -=maybe cant spell it.....but l at first blink can almost without fail spot a fourflusher phony miscreant often before they even open their mouth...everyone has thought I was a jerk with a bad attitude... ...(maybe so hahha) turns out I maybe an empath sigma ......all this time ...curse, i thought, ,,,,.maybe a blessing? whatever?-

I have done a poor job of dealing with it .and also did not find out about until late in life.....a lot of it is pattern recognition seems...... bs'rs and alphas do not do well with me......it would have been helpful if I would have known about it and how to deal with it earlier in life....My doctor says I am opinionated, that is his way of not knowing anything about it. he is not a very good dr, but a really nice guy. so he meets my criteria. these are gifts.... it seems...!!
 
I absolutely believe in astrology. There are astrological reasons why a person may not seem like a traditional (sign) like their moon placement or a stellium in one of their houses. That doesn't make astrology BS. It just explains why so and so doesn't seem like the usual (place sign here). I've known people very unlike their sun signs. Very. Astrology is really fun.

@Gaer in knowing you and your gifts and what you say, I feel Aquarian energy with some Pisces perhaps OR a twelfth house stellium? Do you know your astrological chart? Do you have a major planet in the Pisces OR in the twelfth house of your chart which is traditionally ruled by Pisces though your twelfth house may be entirely different.

I thought I read in another thread that Gaer is a Libra. Which is an Air sign like Aquarius. My wife was a Libra and when my son met his wife, he said that her grandmother reminded him so much of his own mother.

When I met the grandmother, I got the same vibe. It turns out the grandmother, who since passed away, was an Aquarius.

I never had a good relationship with a scorpio and I learned early in life not to trust them.

Something I read once was that there's a divide in the zodiac. On one side of the fence there's Water and Earth signs and on the other side there's Fire and Air.

So when dealing with signs across the divide, don't completely trust that you're on the same wavelength. You're apt to be disappointed.

Ouch! :rolleyes:

Scorpios are such intense people. I can't imagine living each day with that kind of intensity. It scares me on a certain level and I have an outer planet and some asteroids in the constellation of Scorpio in my natal chart and that should equal experience. That said I do like most Scorpios. They are genuine people and generous to a fault if they like you. They really go to bat for you if necessary and nobody does that like they do.

Oh believe me I know which star signs are more trustworthy than others...and those to look out for..
