Not much today as we spent a lot of time visiting our daughter. Yesterday walked four miles- the day before walked 6. I try to get in around four a day.2x31' on indoor bike, and 2x31' on rowing machine.

That's me!!! 3 times a week.Worked out on weight machines for upper body (chest, shoulders, abs, lower back) and spent 25 minutes on the treadmill. Tomorrow will be arms and legs and the treadmill again.
At the beginning of the pandemic we would walk a mile or so around the lake. I would have to stop intermittently because my outer hips hurt. I was 62 then. Now I'm 65 and my hips don't hurt anymore because I'm stretching and working out my legs. Women tend to have stronger legs than men, so it's my least favorite part to work out but it seems to be working.
I go to Planet Fitness and there is truly a mix of ages from college kids to seniors. It is great to see seniors who I would guess are well into their 70's working out with weights to improve their muscle tone. It is always inspirational to me.
