Suggestions for Spiritual Awakening Audios

The chanting all began when I first heard
Nam Myoho Renge Kyō back in the sixties
Here is a Tina Turner version:

However, this to me is a better version:

It's kind of unnerving for me, as a boyfriend I had kept chanting for me to........nevermind!
I didn’t know Tina Turner could chant and am really surprised she does. Big Wheels keep on Rollin’ and all that. She sure is a show woman with an amazingly powerful voice.

From this day forward, I’m devoting my life to seeking peace and spiritual fulfillment.

The way I shall do this is by listening to spiritual audios throughout the day as well as journal / write about the important things.

Years ago I did this with very good results. I just haven’t disciplined myself enough to get into it like I used to. Back then I listened to cassette tapes as well as CD’s. Journaling was a big part of my day. I rejoiced in each day. I had true joy.

Currently I can listen to anything on my phone or Tv. I’m preferring the TV lately since it has a bigger presence about it. It’s already feeling like it’s the right direction to go.

Life is accepting each passing moment as is and I want to learn to embrace it ALL so that I may find peace and spiritual fulfillment.

Some of the great spiritual gurus I’ve been blessed to have listened to include :

Jesus Christ
Wayne Dyne
Deepak Chopra
Louise Hay
Marianne Williamson
The Dalai Lama
Eckhart Tolle
James Redfield
Don Miguel Ruiz
Ronda Byrne
Abraham Hicks
Neale Donald Walsch
Sadhguru
Jack Kornfield

At the moment I am listening to:
“The Power of NOW” by Eckhart Tolle and while I’ve listened to this many times before, it’s re-awaking my inner spirit.

If you have any suggestions for a great spiritual audio, please feel free to add it for others to possibly enjoy.

Thank you!
May we ALL be blessed.

Note: I may do a bit of a summary after listening to each audio.

Please feel free to participate.
Love your post!!! I'm on that spiritual journey as well. Have you listened to Abraham Hicks videos? I can listen to them all day. Oh, ok I see it on your list. You have several on your list that I listen to as well. Awesome!!!!❤️

I wish you great success on your journey. I too am dedicating myself to relieving stress and seeking peace within. Just plain old tired of worry and worrying. Too old for such nonsense.
Once you get on that journey, it gets sweeter and sweeter. It's not easy by no means..that's why a lot of people do not seek Spiritual fulfillment There are still challenges, twist and turns along the way but even those get a bit easier to deal with. It took me several years of seeking peace, freedom, wisdom and joy - still a work in progress. Life is a Journey not a Destination. ❤️

I used to be very spiritual years ago, then I became social and made friends and forfeited my spiritual life for an attention getting life. Now I’m getting back into my spiritual life. It can get quite dark at times for sure.
Life is a journey of a whole lotta of NOW ONLY moments.

@PeppermintPatty Do you find it a bit difficult connecting with others (outside of this group) that are on a Spiritual journey? I'm not speaking of religion, etc.. More so, Spiritual Fulfillment. My friends nor family are on that path. I am open to the universe to bring people in my life that are seeking Spiritual Fulfillment. A lot of people I know are going through a lot of difficulty in their life. I was one of them. I knew I wanted and needed a change. I find it a bit difficult sometimes to connect with others because I am on a different path.

I wonder if finding others with a similar goal means reaching out to broader beliefs and traditions? I knew a woman from work who began by getting involved in native "powwows" locally and encountered others there with interests more focused on her own interests, such as reflexology and meditation.

Yes I find it a bit difficult finding other like minded people. I’m not really religious but certainly don’t frown upon it. It’s just not my cup of tea. I’ve spend decades collecting Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, Deepak Chopra, Eckhart Tolle, Dalai Lama , Marianna Williamson, James Redfield, Ronda Byrne, Byron Katie, Neale Donald Walsh, Shakti Gawain

I have a library of audio tapes, DVD’s, books, CD’s.

I can join a Tina Buddha forum but eventually ego takes over and my ego can want a lot of attention. It’s pathetic at times

Now my worries ruin it for me a lot of times.

You sound like you are on a path of enlightenment!! You can recognize when ego takes over. That's Awesome!!! I'm not religious either - some of the teaching are great! I've always been more Spiritual nature.

I can see why Tina Turner became a Buddhist. She endured a lot of physical abuse in her life among other things. I'm sure she found peace and freedom.
That’s right. She had a very tough life. I’m not surprised she’s Buddhist. It’s just something I didn’t know about her. She’s certainly a remarkable woman and an inspiring incredible singer. I didn’t dislike her music . I found her voice a bit too rough for my personal taste however she was an incredible musician/ vocalist. Much respect.

Today I listened to Dr. Wayne Dyers’ ‘Keys to Higher Awareness.’

Scurvy Elephants. He has such a great sense of humour. I say HAS . Claiming he HAD a sense of humour would be disregarding everything he taught.

Don't be anxious for anything!!
Makes me think of slow cooking or slow gardening. Starting with a hard and fixed plan rules out so much discovery on the way.
Starting the day with a hard fixed plan rules out so much discovery is so true.

If you forgive someone does that mean you have to change your truthful history which included them ? Does one just delete all that?
Do you start making up stories to skirt around the truth?
